Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Be in its original condition with all tags attached.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Include proof of purchase or your order number.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items returned in a used, damaged, or altered condition

How to Request a Return

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Exchanges

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or exchange where appropriate, subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item, customers are responsible for the cost of returning products.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return under this policy.
